There is a great society in Somalia which exists in this world more than one century. Although, the society has not experienced of democratic genealogy in the world which related with constitutional government, but it has a good reveal which came from the sky and stated in the Islamic religion.

However, the human come from their mother’s belly with a greedy which neither make a good path nor leads to them on the reality.

By the way, I believe, there are people in this universe who have a different category; people who make the things going on this world, people who don’t care whatever is happening and who ignored for the sake of self-interest. Because, if you look around the people around you, you can see some people who are tool which be used to process every thing and the using people who go after the users and  follow their path so that it can be witness of the parts that I just mentioned.  

In my full amazement, why people can’t support to their brothers and friends when they miss their chance that they wanted to get a private interest? If they prospect good wishes from the future, why they disagree with their friends, brothers and other people? If they need to get tomorrow, a good support from their society, why they don’t make happy now?

It is questionable, but every one who is open-minded can understand it easily; “it is selfishness” I don’t know how empty-minded people would answer it.

Thus, I realize selfishness is the worst behavior in the human interaction with among them, as I get from the helpful mind of mine. No matter whatever else that selfish people need to do within the society but there is a big problem which they intended to lead the people. Because, they always need to be a president, prime minister, minister, speaker of representative, floor leader, diplomatic, manager and accountant these titles, they want to facilitate their interest only. Think about it! Brothers and sisters how do you think if egoism leads a society or you share the long existence life with egocentric people.

I do believe, the egoism is thinking to take whole the things among us. Therefore, there is a question in here, we know the human is gregarious and most disputers in the earth, why Somali people more ego than the other people in the corners of the world?

There are some people who only believe their views, regard of their ideas, respect of their speeches, listen of their words, on no account should let like this way to practice with their task. So, if you want to be a valuable person within the society, please brothers and sisters go hand in hand of rationality with the other people and accept failure and success.

I do confess no one in this world who needs to fail, because whole the people only consider their interest that is the reason, they don’t accept a failure. Therefore, don’t overlook the reality; if you don’t give your brothers and sisters a chance to participate with the competition how do you think, they inspire it, remember you will never get any development through in the life cycle and the grave if you drag the progression of your brothers and sisters.

Don’t try taking every thing. Don’t try to be every possible thing a participant. Be attentive if you become egocentrism all the eyes of the dealers will be fixed on you.

Keep on eye, you can’t obtain any legitimate in your own ambition that you want to challenge with competitors, it can’t possible the race become integrity and equity. So, ask yourself who are you going to be a leader, who are you going to take the seat that you want to sit down. Is it society or the person that you challenging with? No body can be misled with into wrong path but there is some people who is closing the eyes to whatever you are doing, they know your interest toward them and the other society that you want to show them justice and equity while you are going to cover something under the bad cover of tribe, group that you show their interest but not true.

The People really know what behind every bad story and they are experienced the bad events which happened in the past early twenty years.

The true stories never hide from the winners. If you think you are the only winner in this planet, you are not but there are real winners those believe much better than the idea that you have. The real winners believe they have an equal opportunity of success and failure. They also believe to compete with their friends into race, if they don’t success; they compromise and think they will take tomorrow to the victory. They don’t care whatever they meet during their competition about suffer and misfortune. While the losers have grudge against winners, they began their false dreams that they mention the faultier is not their fault but it’s their campaigners. They did not expect any failure from the race. They only prefer their self interest. They do not give any victor with the race for appreciation, forgiveness, congratulation and cooperative.

On the spot, they began opposition, and rationalize every thing happened. They began disputes within their complainers.

I really believe the real dreams or the truth needs a compromise. The only factor that affects winners and can be success is socialization with compliance of the society. Therefore, show consideration with the competitors, witnesses; race operators and you should be a competence with in the society which is the stakeholder of the race, and you have to satisfy your client and cabinets with your leadership.

Just, I try to endow a message to the winners and the competitors of the public administration, especially in Somalia, “please, be a competitor who always compliance the result from the regulation of the competition. Don’t try to take more benefit than the other competitors while you don’t have confidence with in the society. Make a good reputation which from the society that you want to work with together. Let your brothers and sisters leave alone like the life that you live and you love it. Respect the others and show them with brotherhood, content, commitment and kindness.

Always try to present to the people a selective words with lovely, affectionate, pleasure and happiness”

At the bottom line, the people who are dreaming always and dwell on themselves to success an honor with live. The leading and hero’s are not how do you think, but it needed to mobilize and organize society on the right way and persuade your audience whatever you have and you can. It doesn’t need to flatter yourself what you are not, it doesn’t need to be educator, it doesn’t to be a multimillionaire, and it needs to show empathy, to show understanding and respect, sharing idea with the society around you.

At the end, the answer is, “ it doesn’t need  to be preferred, the dreams of perversion because you may loose a supporters, you may live for the rest your life a delusion and high expectation but it is nothing, may it result you a frequent failure.”
