Maslow’s believes: “people have the ability to take charge of their lives and foster their own development”.

 As everyone knows, human develops as mentally and physically with different stages for developing of the life cycle. Whenever, human finished the life of the prenatal age, starts the first step which is infancy and develops through these stages until they finish the last stage of the human which is late adult.

However, developing of these stages result to the human new events and knowledge and will not have any other experience unless the things they take from environment and culture around them. This is the only things which can disparate human perception.

Farther more, there are a lot of questions ask people among them; why our society doesn’t have an integrated behavior while are a homogenous people?

Since, our society has a different attitude, they answer differently. But in my view, the major answer, there are factors which affect human behavior include; different educational level, shortsighted, bad attitude, greedy, aggressiveness, illusion, misunderstanding. All these factors originated from the social institution which is beginning from the early childhood. Simply as known as human take from the experience of the life from the family first, peers and school after these they come public such as government or private working centers. I mean, they come to communicate with other human around them and they result an extraordinary socialization.

So, the person who had early positive attitude can add either positive or negative if add a positive it became a positive square and it depends on the situation which the people had early.

For example, once a day I went to an office which I needed from a services, in my first time I pulled the door and I met the reception and I asked her when the flight would gone?

She looked around her and didn’t answer me. I didn’t get anger; I made quit myself and asked again but she did as it was early and didn’t care even if I talked with her loudly or lightly and seemed, she was busy the machine which was in front of her. She thought that she was the only educated person who is on this world, because she satisfied herself the only computer skill which she did. She might be hired personal, not her own proficiency.

However, I was human being and knew she wasn’t a super human as she realized. Then, I got burst anger of mine, and asked why she didn’t answer me, she answered suddenly, the flight would be tomorrow evening at seven o’clock. I came back to my hostel. Fifteen minutes before my appointment, she called me on my cell phone and she told me that the flight had been canceled and she got off the line with no other comments.

In my full amazement, I couldn’t do anything because the time was finished; there were no some other flights that I could make booking to my cousin, if I would forget the delay of the flight, my cousin had other flight schedule which was from Paris to Philadelphia, and also the flights had a booming and it had a hectic schedule because it was a summer time.

However, I went to the office and they told me, there was some problem of technical error with long argument I asked who responsible for the extra expenses about this delay; it satisfied me that they were not responsible and it was mine.

Fortunately, we were ten passengers who had a same direction into Philadelphia so that helped us to make a same claim in front of the director of the flight agency. At end the director made us new root which was Djibouti-Dubai, Dubai- Philadelphia.

What do you think the moral of this short story? Before you pass the morals that I mentioned bellow try to think about it.

I summarized the moral of the story that we have;
Arrogant society nothing behind it
Humiliation society not based on reality
Busy makers society with detriment
Personal supporters’ society not knowledge
Society not good for human interaction and respecting among them
Society good for business creation and running, but not for customer caring

I don’t mean this short story that the girl was a bad person but I want to interpret the bad attitude that we have if we are Somali society. And we are same all of us, if you go to the hospitals, business centers, government agencies and everywhere else you will face like this habit because the entire society has a same characteristics and environment. We know really, we have a same race, behavior and understanding so why we don’t care among us? Not something based on human interaction but it is something based on realization of the human perception. The human realized if they make busy; they get personage, value, gaining of human perception and respect  that they think to reach prestigious.

In addition, this people keep on their minds something based on illusion which they think that they can get a reputation. If I let you know in general idea about this busy making, missing happiness, high secrete and privatizing, overstating for the rich people and famous, exaggerating deadwood people and appearance at everywhere, is nothing and it is not lead the people a successful development.

I mean, these points I mentioned, all are characteristics of Somali people not other nations in the world. Sometimes you see someone you have been waiting or looking for a long time and you want to share with a short period of meeting which you want to talk with something is important for him but not yours. Then, you get a response that he is busy and you came late or sometime else. He doesn’t care you because he thinks, he is expensive person.

Once a day I asked a friend of mine why he makes this busy for his own hands and he answered no one cared him if he became easy available man. I told him, he didn’t deal with the people like this way because he couldn’t share with colleagues and the other partners the life.

In the summary, you people don’t worry about everything for the life, if you are a good person, you will get whatever you need; life image appearance, reputation, prosperity, manipulating of social perception. There for brothers and sisters, don’t keep you mind to make a busy and say people, “let me see you again, I am busy, I don’t have plant of time, I can’t meet you, you can get me only Fridays”. Be aware, you lose your supporters and give chance the competitor that you have, you will neglect the responsibility that you have your stakeholders and the audience that you have. If you want to gain the hearts of your friends take care dealing with the people same, don’t ignore some people and give others attention. Don’t make any busy in your own hands, be smile always, forget high secretes, aggressiveness, greedy, selfish, proud of, talk active, taking whole speech, dictatorship and superiority.
