Every country have, it’s own resource that proud and benefit of their development, therefore what is the most essential resource that countries have and different to others?  The answer is a qualified people are most important resource that all countries makes his life possible, therefore   how countries can use the benefit of the resource and keeping his/her position to the society.

However, the more country have qualified people, the more has well development in term of education, politically, socially, economically and democracy. The core country always uses ideas, innovations and contribution for their qualified people in order to improve their countries while the third world are not uses qualified people at the right way that get the country development and they  prefer to use the traditional ideas for elders  which are not gained any improvement in the country.

Therefore, African countries still not understand the important and the role of the qualified people and how they use the potential resource that stored them.  These problem result poverty, unemployment, low economically, poor implementation of politically, democracy and high illiterate.

I am advice every government must hire and uses the potential resource that stored them especially African countries.

They encourage the ministries of education to building more educational institution and improve the quality of educational service that provide government in terms of having qualified teachers, availability of facilities of education, shelters and any other thing which motivate the young generation to study education.

If you can see the Somaliland government still qualified people are most unemployment layer in the society, and they go to the abroad in order to get better life and seek the place that practice what they have been learn for last sixteen years in educational environment. The responsibility is not only the government but the business people who cannot thing to great job for their qualified people.

The other problems which increase unemployment of qualified people is both private and public sectors are employed many unqualified person because of their relative support to work them, that is the way that Somalia people hiring the employee, every ethnics are hiring for their relatively whether qualifier or unqualified.

After that, all their business like that could not make any improvement because of their employee and their workforce cannot have any knowledge that contributes to business, last they may be collapse.
